How do I 'break in' my new PRO series mat?
The best way to break in your mat is through regular practice, but you can speed up the process by applying a sea salt scrub to the surface, letting it sit for 24 hours, and wiping it off with a damp cloth.
What is your return policy for yoga gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats must be in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.
How do I clean and maintain my Manduka mat?
We recommend using Manduka Mat Wash & Refresh for daily cleaning. Never soak your mat in water or put it in the washing machine, as this can damage the material and void the warranty.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers the PRO series mats against manufacturer defects and wear and tear from regular use. It does not cover damage from improper cleaning, storage, or modifications.
